PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Social and Environmental Management Officer will assist Head of marketing in social and environmental management. S/he will involve in social and environmental monitoring and reporting to make sure FF daily operation are complied. Provide training and capacity build for staff. S/he will initiate, implement and evaluate the corporate social responsibility program.

• Comply to social and environmental policy and framework especially commit to CPP certificate.
• Successful result in an implementation of CSR program
• On time reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysis and interpret data collection for proffering solutions to social and environmental problems.
• Plan, organize and implement relevant environment & social performance activities and programs as well as CSR.
• Provide expert advice and support on environment & social performance issues to management and related department in ensuring compliance and adherence to existing relevant E&SM policies & guidelines, environmental and social and best industry practices.
• To maintain CPP certificate by closely monitor on all required indicator vs daily operational practice.
• Coordinate, monitor, review and prepare reports on environment & social performance activities’ implementation, progress and performance (which include monitoring and analyzing the statistic and trend).
• To work with audit team to conduct regular audits and inspections, and to provide recommendations with follow-up to ensure environment & social performance improvement.
• Provide training and capacity building to staff related to social and environmental management.
• Coordinate and accompany guest (funder, lender) for field visit

SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualifications :

• BBA or Master degree in social science, Economic, PR, Communication, Marketing or related field.

Experience :

• 2 years’ experience in project management, PR, event management. Experience in social and environmental management will be an added advantage.

Job Specific Skills :

• Fluent in Khmer language and English, with good English writing skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Power-point, Internet and E-mail.
• Able to travel to province for field visit.
